All of our control systems are rigorously tested against a detailed design specification using the industry standard I/O emulation software. The use of I/O emulation software allows for the emulation of virtualy all of the what if scenarios which may arise are tested and ensures that the system provides acceptable fault reaction and fully meets the required design functionality.
The simulaiton enviroment also allows for practical training of operators / managers prior to the new system being impleted, allowing our clients to view their system in operation and get a real feel of how the system will work when it is actually installed on site. The system’s response and reaction to fault conditions can be observed along with the logged data and reports that are produced during the process.
